Is there a free trial on the paid plans?+
Yes — the demo call ends with a 14-day Pro trial activated on your account. No credit card required. After day 14 it auto-downgrades to Free unless you choose to subscribe.
What counts as a 'site'?+
One primary domain. www.example.com and example.com count as one. Subdomains like blog.example.com count separately if they're tracked individually; otherwise the platform aggregates them under the parent.
Can I move from cloud to self-hosted (or back) later?+
Yes. All your data is exportable as a Postgres dump + asset bundle at any time. Re-import into the self-host docker-compose and you're running on your own hardware in under 15 minutes.
What if I run more than the plan's keyword limit?+
We don't auto-charge or hard-cut. You'll get an email warning at 80% and again at 100%. Past 110% we email to discuss the upgrade. New keywords stop being added until you upgrade or trim the list.
Do you offer annual billing or a discount?+
Yes — pay annually, save 2 months. Pro $490/yr (instead of $588), Agency $1,990/yr (instead of $2,388). Enterprise contracts are always annual or longer.
Refund policy?+
Cancel anytime, prorated refund for the unused portion of the month or year. No questions, no retention call.
